The picnic will consist of:
White, nude & mountain green tones
Seating for 50 people total
2 seats at a tall head table
8 seats at tall tables
16 seats at medium tables
14 seats at pallet tables
10 seats in children's seating
Various rugs &/or blankets underneath the tables
Display rods over the tables adorned in eucalyptus garland & lighting
Bulb string lights will zig-zag over the whole seating area
Access to electricity is provided
Florals will be artificial
Tables will be decorated lengthwise with parchment paper, bottles with baby’s breath & eucalyptus, succulents, candles, eucalyptus garlands
Multi-tiered serving tray centerpieces will be on each table
Head table will be decorated in kind
Each place setting will include a seating pillow, charger, plate, folded napkin, silverware, water glass & BuzzBallz (excluding children's seating section)
BuzzBallz will be provided by clients
